Return Policy

We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 14 days after your item has been delivered to start your return request. (Your tracking number will provide the date it was delivered) Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

To start a return, head to your customer account. 

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

PLEASE note that shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days after receiving your item to notify us of damage. 

Lost Packages: Luxxe is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please email us at info@shopluxxeapparel.com if you believe your package was lost or stolen.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not guarantee exchanges, it's sell out very quickly. 

Incorrect Orders: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing info@shopluxxeapparel.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item.

Store Credit: Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you will receive an email with your store credit on it. If you do not receive your store credit within 3 days of us receiving the product email us at info@shopluxxeapparel.com
