Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days if not sooner. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders over $100 are eligible for our free shipping.

What if I need my order sooner than this?

Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional fee.

*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 12PM (CT), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

In Store Pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free in store pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours of our operating hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 6pm on Monday-Saturday and 12pm-4pm on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopluxxeapparel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. You have 14 days to return your item. Please see our return policy here

What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?

If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Luxxe. If a package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the charge to ship the order again. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer's correct shipping address. Payments are emailed to customers through an online invoice. You have 14 days after the email is sent to respond to Luxxe before your order goes through the returns process for store credit. The original shipping charge will be subtracted from the store credit. If the customer opts to have the order refunded, the original shipping charge will be subtracted.
